Q. I have visited a UK attraction but it is not listed, why not?

A. There are a lot of attractions in the UK and as such may not have them all listed. However if you drop us an email with the attraction details we will add it to the directory a.s.a.p.

Q. Do you moderate the comments?

A. Yes we do, as with most website comments / feedback sections we are subject to spammers. Additionally we will fix misspellings, remove comments with any bad language and remove comments that we feel are contentious. We retain the right to remove any comment we see fit.

Q. We are an attraction and would like to update our listing, can we do this?

A. Of course, if you are not a registered user please complete the following form. If you are a registered users drop us an email with your attraction name, phone number and username. We will confirm your details and then upgrade your account to allow you to modify your attraction profile.

Q. Were do you get your news stories from?

A. We monitor the relevant news networks and invite attractions to submit press releases.

Q. I see I can I buy tickets online for a number of attractions but not all, why is this?

A. We have recently developed an online booking engine for UK attractions, we are currently beta testing it and as such not all attractions have the ability to add this to their profile.
